I am feeling numb today
I am feeling like breaking free
God calm my heart along the way
Give me the power to have my say
Give me strength to overcome it all
Give me the being to just be myself
Guide me as you I need your guidance
I pray to you Almighty Lord

I just need a heart to smile
I don't need the comforts of the word
I just need a shoulder to lean
I don't need any more luxury
I just need some peace of mind
And virtue to be so very kind
Please guide me all through the way
I have a special prayer this day

I can achieve it all in life
I can go beyond the reach
There are many lessons to learn from you
And many lessons that you preach
You show me what I should do
You show me a reason to get out of blue
